Drain your worries

Monday 29 June 2009 @ 9:29 pm

Worries…. is one of the basic feeling of humans. Everybody worries about something or other. It would be a lie if I say I dont worry at all. In this discussion I focus on our day to day worries. For e.g., some stress at home, missing bus and arriving late to office, vehicle repair and unneccessary expenses, credit crunch, lesser marks in exams, etc., These are basic worries which we encounter everyday at life.

All such worries creates bigger impact in our life like it creates lot of stress and make us sick. Creates tension and strain our relationship with others as we sometimes lose our control over our words and much much more.

All I say is there is nothing wrong in getting worries, there is nothing wrong in feeling bad.

At the same time, accept that you are feeling bad and drain your worries.

For e.g., if you are feeling bad about something, once you are aware about that fact, you start imagine that your worry is draining away from brain or fly away from your brain. Animate it and be creative and make the process more interesting. you can also think that a soldier is killing your worry. You also think that you are erasing your worry written in your mind. whichever way you are comfortable with.

After that process, believe it that the worry has vanished from your mind doesnt exist anymore.

At the same time, within few minutes your subconscious mind will pop up with the same worry again, animate it again. It is purely within your mind. As you continuously do that your mind calms down and you would feel better, and more importantly that worry would not stored into subconscious mind and as a result would not have any negative impact in future.

More about this you can learn in vedic secret, go ahead - learn it and get benefited

Art of sitting idle

Wednesday 24 June 2009 @ 1:50 pm

I just gave the heading of this article as “Art of sitting idle” just to dramatize and attract you to the article, but I am sure you will enjoy this as other blog posts.

Actually, I am going to discuss about “Art of sitting idle and relax”.

As we all might realize that the world around us is moving at very high speed. Late hours at work have become routine and we don’t feel guilt about it. There are numerous tasks ahead of us and we are running hard to catch up. Mobile phones and Blackberry have become more common and we are expected to be connected to the network 24 x 7 x 365.

In that process, we are missing a lot in our very short life. We are paying very high price. We are ignoring our body, mind and soul. I would say that many of us are atleast aware of taking care of body (by doing regular or at least irregular exercises, at least one time healthy food). But we are absolutely ignoring very important factor i.e., mind.

We don’t care/aware about the existence of mind and our need to take care of that. Since we are not doing, all sorts of unhealthy thinking getting into your sub-conscious mind and in turn it makes our life sick.

One of the medical journal estimates that every 2 out of 5 American requires a sleeping pill to sleep. Isn’t sleep should be natural? Because of our ignorance of mind, all these problems exist.

I am going to recommend to you “Art of sitting idle” to you.

Every day consciously spend time with Nature. At least 5 or 10 minutes to start with. It could be sitting in morning sun. It could be watching a bird. It could be watching a child sleep. It could be morning mist. It could be watching plants/flowers. It could be watching a sea/rain/river. It could be a bird’s feather flying in wind. Anything associated with nature.

I am not talking about morning activity like gardening, jogging, brisk walking – all that is really appreciated and it is focused to body. But all I am concerned about is our minds.

During this time with Nature, let sit and notice the beauty of this world. Embrace it in your mind. Talk to it. Appreciate it – All slowly and steadily.

The outcome would be multi fold. Over the time you would appreciate the fact that how much beautiful the nature is. It would relax your nerves and calms you down. It paints a nice picture in your mind and it is ready for that day’s work load. And when you are tense, your subconscious mind automatically brings in that picture in front of you resulting in calm mind, and it means greater power. Because Calmer mind brings in greater power.

Gratitude and your brain

Sunday 21 June 2009 @ 10:07 pm

I heard from Amma Bhagavan (www.onenessuniversity.org) that brain as a organism work better when you feel gratitude.

I thought of putting that in practice. Everyday I wake up or pray to the god, I feel grateful to god for all the things happened in my life. I make sure that I dont fume in my prayers nor when I talk with people. I as a person have become much more happy, clearer in vision and leading a healthy life.

In addition to this there are many other things which I have put together and sharing with people in my website www.vedicsecret.com

I wish that people learn those and be happy.

Its easy to be happy

Friday 19 June 2009 @ 9:54 pm

Hello there, sorry for not writing for a long time. Now I’m back.

I was just asking my 3.5 yr old son….”Dear, are you happy?”… He said “Yes”… the response was instant…. I was just noticing him… He is happy to go to school…. play with his mates…. play with his toys at home…. sing nursery rhymes…. seeing mickey mouse…. just one after another activity…. I find him happy……

Its just the nature of his child’s mind to be happy…. There is no pre-condition for him to be happy… Its his mind’s nature…. I think thats the case of almost all kids…..

As we grow, we gain strength in physic, we gain more knowledge, we become more intelligent, we gain more skills, we learn to speak multiple languages… but somehow down the line, we miss the nature of being happy… We add more and more precondition for our happines….

If I get the admission in this college, i would be happy. If i get this job, If I get this salary, If I get this life as my girlfriend, If I get this girl as my wife, If I get bigger house, If I get big car, If I travel aboard for pleasure trip, If I earn money, etc., etc., etc.,

All I saying is expectation is not bad…. All I am saying is desire is good…. also I am saying that it is human;s nature is being happy…. and we can simply be happy, and you dont need anything else for that… You just decide and be happy….

When I wake up in the morning… I have 2 choices… either be happy for the whole day or be unhappy for the day….. its my decision….. I decide to be happy…. Its just as easy as that….. Hope you do that and be happy too.

Does Fish Strain To Swim?

Thursday 23 April 2009 @ 8:02 pm

Does fish strain to swim? No, it is its nature to swim in water with ease.
Does Sun strain to shine? No, it is its nature to shine with ease
Do we strain to breathe? No, it is our nature to breath in and out with ease. We don’t even notice that we are breathing.
Likewise, it is our nature to achieve our desires in life with ease.
Likewise, it is our nature to be happy in our life with ease.
Likewise, it is our nature to have an ageless body with ease.

All along this society have done mind manipulation with thoughts like
a. No pain No gain
b. We born out of sin
c. Rich become richer, poor becomes poorer
d. Money is evil
e. Too much of money is bad for you
Come out of this old age thoughts, and start believing that whatever your will might be, if you believe you can do, you would end up achieving it.

Trying…. secret behind it.

Thursday 16 April 2009 @ 11:39 am

I will try my best

I have tried but I could not succeed

I try to study hard and get good marks

I tried to get this job – but could not get that

The list (not limited) is very common words we use every day.

I was just thinking what we mean by trying. What is the point we are conveying?

Assume this. There is a PEN in your desk, and if I tell you to try to take that PEN, can you do it?

-
-
-
-

If you have picked up the PEN in your hand – I am not impressed, because I just wanted you to try and not pick the PEN.

If you are moving your hands very close to the PEN – I am not impressed though, because I just wanted you to try and not move your hands.

If you are sitting and watching the PEN – I am not impressed, because I just wanted you to try and not sit idle.

All I wish to convey, is there is nothing called TRYING – either you do it or you don’t. It is in your MIND.

If you say – I try to get the job, it is up to you to decide in your mind whether you get the job or you don’t get the job, there is no other option.

Having said that, why don’t we think positive about the outcome and tell -

I shall do it

I shall get the job

I shall earn money

Etc

And just achieve it (as simple as it. Isn’t it?)

Again your comments are welcome

Is money bad?

Sunday 12 April 2009 @ 9:40 pm

One of the survey revealed that 90% of the respondents voted that the money is bad, and 10% said money is good.

Another survey revealed that 95% of the same respondents said that they want to be rich.
Do you see the disconnect here?

The people who stated the money was bad wanted to become rich. How can we achieve something which we presume as bad?

Our society preaches that the money is the mother of all evil, and the same society give VIP status to the rich. It is full of contradiction.

Some people say that they need money little enough to lead a comfortable life, because they fear that too much of money make them evil, and the same people jealous someone who live a luxury life.

What you think about it? Please post your comments.

I shall share my views on this after some time.

Live the moment

Saturday 11 April 2009 @ 9:47 pm

Some of us would live either in past or in future. For e.g., some would always think about the events happened in past and feel sad for whatever had happened, whatever others had said, whatever didn’t happen, etc.,

Some would always think about the events which are going to occur and worry whether it would happen this way or that way. whether it would happen or not. What if it does happen that way, how need to react. What if it doesn’t happen, and how need to act. etc.,

Please note that I dont find anything wrong or right here, but my view is by doing the above, we lose the precious moment of our life i.e., NOW. Because of either thinking about the past or the future, we would have not spend good quality present moment with your family which would be a cause for rift in your family. we would not have spend good quality time in your job, which would have caused low salary hike in your appraisal.

If you closely notice, that we call the current moment as PRESENT Moment, because it is a gift to us from god to live the life at that moment.

I would love to use the current minute / current second for my betterment i.e., either in my family harmony if i am at home or in my career development if i am at office.

For e.g., if you are driving, and if you dont live that moment as a driver and if you focus all your thoughts on whatever had happened or whatever might happen in future, you might put your life at risk.

If a cricketer dont live the moment if he is batting, then he might get dismissed and his team would have got affected because of his problem.

For all, who are asking me - whether planning for future is a problem or whether learning lessons from past is wrong, my response would be you can very well proceed with your future / past thinking provided you are happy in current moment. If not, I dont find a reason you doing it.

For those, who are willing to live the moment, but wouldn’t avoid thinking about the past or thinking about the future all the time - all you need to do is live consciously and a bit of mind manipulation would help you. Contact me for futher customized details for you.

As always - please fell free to post your comments in my blog.

Happy reading.

Love Self First

Wednesday 8 April 2009 @ 9:46 pm

Most of us were told by our society that we should loves others, we should be nice to others, we should forgive others, etc.,

I am not denying the above, but all that are possible only when you love yourself first.

Unfortunately, I don’t find that as a case. Most of us are not having very high opinion about ourselves.

We often think

(a) We are burden to the people we love
(b) We are burden to this world
(c) We are losers
(d) We are worthless
(e) We are not lucky to enjoy all the good things in life
(f) No one cares about us
(g) No one loves us
(h) We are living for our children only
(i) We are living for our parents only
(j) We are not having perfect physic (some would feel they are obese / some would feel they are lean and develop inferior complex)

Actually the above list is endless.

By thinking that above, we are not doing good to us.

No one can love others when they don’t love themselves first.

No one can think positively when they don’t think positive about them first.

My new age thought is

(a) Think you are the best creature in this world
(b) Feel good about you
(c) Feel that you are close to god
(d) Think that you deserve the best in this world.
(e) Think that you always get the best in this world.
(f) Feel you are blessed

Automatically you would have higher thoughts about you, and you feel happy. And no happy person would do harm to others, and it would make others love you automatically.

How Miracles Happen

Monday 6 April 2009 @ 8:21 pm

Have you heard about any miracles?

  • Like some beggar getting millions in Lottery
  • Some one’s heart problem sorted out without any medical reasons
  • Some one’s cancer got cured itself
  • Someone poor got married to very rich person by chance.
  • Someone from bus conductor to Super Star (Rajnikanth)
  • Someone from petrol bunk employee to Petrol refinery owner (Dhirubhai Ambani)
  • Someone got gold bars in street
  • And much more….

Be it any religion – there are avatars who perform Miracles.

We have heard thru Bible stories that Jesus Christ had saved many from acute illness.
We have heard thru our Islam friends that Allah had done many miracles
We have heard about miracles by Sai Baba, Sathya Sai, Sri Amma Bhagavan, Lord Sri Krishna, Lord Sri Ram, Lord Shiva and many more hindu Gods..

Coming to the point, have you ever thought why you were not chosen by God to perform that miracle.

Are you sinned or Are our God biased

Is there any special criterion for our God to pick some and leave rest?

Does God play Bingo and choose your number?

Should you need to leave all your worldly desires to get miracles from god?

Does your bad karma is more than our good karma for not getting miracles from god?

Are you not lovable? Are you not obedient to God? Does your love to God is not enough?

Should you cry and beg God for the miracle?

Should you shout at God to get his attention?

What is that you are missing?

Have you ever thought about it?

Think and post your comments, I shall update this post with my views next time.
