Labour of Love - a new term to secret of success. It means that if you love wholeheartedly what you do then you excel in what you in your field and get success. There are many examples of great personalities who do what they love most and get success.

One such example is Hollywood movie director Steven Spielberg who started making movies from the age of 16. He once said in an interview that since every young age he dreamt of him as a story teller and he chosen his medium as films. He said that he loves doing that and hence he can get success in his field.

If you dont love what are you doing, then no matter what, you cannot go beyond a certain limit in success. If you do what you love most and do that in little different way, then success would be in your door step.
