I read a quote which I really liked and would like to share with you. “If you always do same things you always get what you always got”.

We can apply this thought in any area of our life i.e., in our career, in our personal life. Let me give you an example, in your job if you do the routine work every day, you always get the result as you got previously. Your management will consider you as a sincere worker, thats it - nothing else. In case of considering the promotion and other benefits, it is very unlikely your name come into your management’s mind.

The same situation if you show some efficiency - new ways to improvement, then first of all, you yourself will enjoy your work, next senior management would love you. All benefits would come to you and you dont have to go behind it.
